I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Austin with eight years of experience supporting clients through anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and relationship concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals — drawing on EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Focused CBT, MBCT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
